The four Large Hilltop lots with river and mountain views are priced at $70,000 US. Standard Hilltop and Mountain View lots are priced from $35,000 US to $59,000 US. Lovely Tree lots are priced from $29,000 US to $39,000 US.

Jungle Lots

Heavily vegetated Jungle lots, which afford a maximum of privacy, are priced from $29,000 US to $45,000 US.

The property is completely fenced on the perimeter and a gate house will be installed at the entrance.  24-hour security personal will provide controlled access for residents and guests, as well as ensuring the private enjoyment of your property. 

Water and electricity are provided to each property. A homeowners association and covenants will run with the title to each lot, and each lot owner will pay a minimal yearly fee to the homeowners association for roads, fencing, security, and maintenance of common areas. The covenants will serve to restrict nuisances that would otherwise detract from the peaceful enjoyment of the community.
